Supporting the Fitness, Sport and Recreation Industry in Queensland

HAVE YOUR SAY – QLD VET STRATEGY – closes 18 August 2023

As part of its Good people. Good jobs: Queensland Workforce Strategy 2022-2032, the Queensland Government will develop a new Queensland VET Strategy to maximise outcomes from the government’s investment in skills and training.

Employers, industry groups, training providers, schools, job seekers, students, apprentices and trainees are invited to have their say to ensure government investment is delivering the best outcomes for Queenslanders, employers and communities.

A discussion paper and online survey are now live at www.qld.gov.au/qvetstrategy

Forums will also be held online and across the state to gather the views of stakeholders and users of the VET system. Click on the link above to register your interest to attend a forum.

Skills Assure Suppliers, your students and your business customers are encouraged to have a say to ensure our VET system is delivering the right outcomes for all Queenslanders.
