FREE BUSINESS PLANNING COURSE – Registrations currently open for Redlands and Cairns

UniSC in partnership with the Queensland Department of Youth Justice, Employment, Small Business and Training (DYJESBT) will be delivering a Business Planning Course online in August/September 2023.

This microcredit course is designed to help small business owners develop a customised business plan.  Topics will include:

•          Overview of Small Business Planning

•          Organisation and Industry Analysis

•          Marketing Strategy

•          Business Structures, Operating Plan and Risk Management

•          Succession Planning and Human Resource Strategy

•          Financial Management

•          Communications Skills and Preparing for the Presentation.

Active Queenslanders Industry Alliance provides free one-on-one advice on how to apply for and win grants, free access to club management templates and tools, fact sheets, videos, legal information, advice on staffing and volunteer matters and subsidised Strategic and Business Planning audits and workshops.
